Refund Policy
At Pure Herbs, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Products that are damaged, tampered with, or past their expiry date are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplement bottles, perishable items, and sale/discounted items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer.
